	Mr. Wills has been representing clients in Divorce, Custody and Property Division matters for over thirty years with special emphasis on post judgment situations such as division of retirement benefits, QDRO preparation, enforcement and modification of prior Decrees.

	Mr. Wills has represented clients in several contested probate matters in the Houston area as well as both south and north Texas. In addition, Mr. Wills has been involved in the general admission of estates to probate both through independent administration and as muniment of title.

	Mr. Wills has formed and organized over one hundred and fifty business organizations, inclusive of "C" Corporations, "Sub S" Corporations, LLC's and partnerships both limited and general.
