	Following three years as an Army Officer (primarily in Kentucky and Massachusetts), Mr. Wills entered the University of Texas Law School in 1968. Upon being admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1971, Mr. Wills became a member of two local law firms during the first five years of his practice and for the past thirty-two years has been involved in private practice both in the d NASA\Clear Lake area as well as Harris (and adjoining counties).
